Public bug reported:

Lightdm has the following option for lightdm.conf to enable manual logins:
greeter-show-manual-login=true

The problem is, this is not discoverable. It is not mentioned in the lightdm
man page and there is no lightdm.conf man page. As such, I suggest adding the
following to lightdm.conf, which does not change the default in Ubuntu, but
does make the option slightly more discoverable:
greeter-show-manual-login=false

** Affects: lightdm (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
