To reproduce; Go to any page online. Go up to File in the menu bar. Select Print. In the printer box, there should be a checkbox that says "Print to file", check it. Click the Print button Give the file any name (e.g foo.ps) Browse to a folder you do not have write permissions on such as /root or /etc Click "save" Progress bar will start and end by but no file is written and no warning/error is given.
