Steps to reproduce: 1. Boot 2. Login using guest login 3. Open terminal 4. Type chromium-browser Expected result: Chromium starts Actual result: "Failed to move to new PID namespace: Operation not permitted" is printed and Chromium hangs forever without opening any window.
