Meta apps such as google-plus-games can't be shipped through the
packaging system. They need to be packaged without ubuntu-webapps-
metadata. As for how we install them then? First possibility is the user
can just install them from application lens/software center. It may also
be possible to specify google-plus-games as a dependency of unity-
webapps-googleplus
