Status in “gnome-settings-daemon” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  After fiddling around with the remote desktop feature built-into
  Ubuntu, I noticed that the desktop was still slightly sluggish.
  Peeking into the system monitor showed that the settings daemon was
  going haywire.
