Title:
"Add account" and "Remove account" are inconsistent with almost all
  other list views

Status in Online Accounts: GNOME Control Center:
  Won't Fix
Status in “gnome-control-center-signon” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
Other listviews in the control center have "+" and "-" buttons on the
bottom instead of a special "Add" list item and a separate "Remove"
  button somewhere else.

Examples include: the network chooser in the Network panel, the device
list in the Bluetooth panel, the folders list in the Backup panel, and
the user list in the User Accounts panel.

I'm not saying one approach is superior to the other, just that we
  should use one approach consistently.
