Title:
Installing fglrx should also install xvba-va-driver

Status in “jockey” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
After installing the fglrx driver as sugetsted, there is no vieo acceleration
availiable. This can be quite an inconvenience for a novice user who can't
watch HD movies even though their device was advertised for being capable of
doing so.
To make video acceleration in e.g. vlc player work with AMD GPUs, the
packages xvba-va-driver (and possibly gstreamer0.10-vaapi) need to be installed
and therefore should be automatically selected when installing the restricted
driver.
