Title: Display often fails to repaint Status in “gcalctool” package in Ubuntu: Incomplete Bug description: Frequently, when performing a calculation, either by hitting enter on the keyboard or by clicking the = sign, the display will fail to update (it will still show the expression you typed in instead of the answer) until you do something else to cause a repaint such as moving the window. This does not happen every time, but if you keep clicking = enough times, it will eventually happen a few times. This beviour is not specific to the = key (it can sometimes decide to stop update in the middle of typing a number), but it seems to be most consitently reproducable with the = key. I have only noticed this behaviour when the calculator is in programming mode, but I don't use the other modes much at all. This bug only occurs in the version of gcalctool in the Ubuntu 12.04 repositories. This bug is not present in the Ubuntu 11.10 version.
