I have more data on this: each time I talk with somebody, the xmpp account closes after 10 minutes of idle status.

If I click on the name of one of my contacts, it gets connected again. This does not happen with my irc account , only with my xmpp accounts (I have one @gmail and one corporate account that uses Google Business apps).
