Title:
Network manager sometimes don't connect to network

Status in “network-manager-applet” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Sometimes, in ~10% cases when I boot to Ubuntu network manager don't
want to connect to wired network. In most cases I need to disable
networking and enable it to get it working. Sometimes when I need just
to turn on or restart the computer and leave it to work with tasks in
the startup it starts to be a problem.

  Updates are the latest.
