Bug description:
  [Impact]
This update is covered by the MicroReleaseException for GNOME.

  [Test case]
  ?

GNOME upstream has released a new version of orca. For GNOME 3.6, the version
is 3.6.1, but Orca upstrea have maintained a python 3 branch of orca at the
same time during 3.6 development, hense the 3.7.0.x version number, since 3.8
is likely going to move to python 3.

Please consider this update for quantal.
