I have some more information for you regarding to the bug.
Maybe that's important for you.
Although the home partition is located on sda2,
my folders like pictures, videos, documents etc. are outsourced to sdc2.
I've done this by mounting it with the bind option in \etc\fstab.
The real destiniation of /home/user/pictures is /mnt/daten/user/pictures

I've done this, because the sda is a fast SSD with only 64 GB of space.
The sdc is a slower HDD but has 500 GB of diskspace.

best regards

dirk

Title:
wrong information about the diskspace in the gnome-control-center

Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
In the systems information overview the diskspace is not shown correctly.
There are shown 3,2 TB of diskspace, which can't be true.
The system harddisk is about 64 GB (SSD). There are also 2 other harddisks
installed. One with 500 GB and the other has 250 GB. So even if i summerize all
together it wont be 3,2 TB at all.
