Yes, I confirm that the problem is due to a large collection. But I don't know if it's due to libxml2 because I had this problem with the version 2.97-0ubuntu2 of RB and not with the previous one (2.97-0ubuntu1). They were compiled with the same version of libxml2 and I tested both versions of RB with the same version of libxml2.
