This bug is pretty much exactly like bug 866085. However, that's marked
as 'Fix Released' for an earlier version of Ubuntu.

If one clicks on 'help' on the "Additional Drivers" program, the
following is presented in Yelp:

Document Not Found
The URI ‘help:ubuntu-help/hardware-driver-proprietary’ does not point to a 
valid page.

Looks like documentation is not shipped in 12.04.
