I think i localized the problem. The problem that objects imported from .vsd as groups of background and border. So the problem appears only while trying to put gluepoints to grouped object. That problem persist in ODG too. In the attach .odg is the stripped version of original file where i found the problem and .vsd is a test of how objects are imported by Draw. Btw, visio connection points and connections is not converted to Draw connections and gluepoints.
