Bug description:
To reproduce this issue install Kubuntu 12.10 Beta 2 or today daily snapshot,
create text file and click on it. It will be opened in LibreOffice instead of
Kate.
Issue is not reproducible in previous Kubuntu releases (for example it not
reproducible in 12.04) and also in Ubuntu 12.10 (text files opened in gedit).
