* debian/anthy-common.install
- add missing g_fname.t
* debian/anthy.postinst
- fix checking compare dictonaries
* debian/anthy.postinst
- To avoid unnecessary dictionary generation, check dictionaries'
hashsum.
If you want to add another dictionary, then update anthy.postinst file
(add it to EXTRADICTLIST line).

- Cleanup unused lines
