Cannot close full screen window in secondary display using close

Bug description:
I have a monitor connected to my laptop. The monitor is my main
display with the launcher and dash on it. When I have a window
maximised and on the laptop screen and I click on the red close button
instead of closing the window it summons the dash. Obviously it should
close the window rather than bring up the dash.
