OK, I just noticed that it's been pushed to dev releases only.

Not such a good move in my opinion - it prevents regular users from
having a user-friendly way of reporting bugs, without knowing that
"System Settings" is actually called "gnome-control-center". Help -
"report problem" was really a nice way of doing it.

  Expected - that there is one like in other GUI applications.
