Karim, This is indeed another problem. Regarding avoiding missing entries, you can delete them from inside Rhythmbox (right click->Move To Trash).
Rhythmbox settings are in ~/.local/share/rhythmbox . So I guess this directory should be deleted when you completely remove the package.
