Title:
Feature request : shortcut to save session while logging out

Status in “gnome-session” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
It would be great to have something like pressing "Ctrl" or "Alt"
while opening the logout dialog to automatically save the session (the
default behavior doesn't save it, which is good) at logout. That way,
if you want to set a clean start session (or update it), you can do it
pretty quickly without having to go in the preferences, activate
session saving, then log out, log in again, disable saving, etc.
