Conflicts are often against packages that don't exist any more, for the
sake of upgrades, or against virtual packages, or even sometimes against
packages that were never in "official" archives but that were in
somebody's test archive, to make things easier for testers.  It isn't
generally worth cleaning them up.

  conflicts with no existing packages

Status in “x11-xserver-utils” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  
  in the control file of the package in the conflict section are mentioned
  packages like xset non existing!. I searched against older version of ubuntu  
and i cant
  find xset package. 
  So i dont understand how tha conflict entry got there and i think it'should 
be removed
  (and the other related)
