Bug is known to libreoffice developers since 3.6.0.4. See
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=54103

Will likely be there also in 3.6.4 since it is not fixed in the RCs.

Will likely be fixed for 3.6.5 since it is marked as a blocker for that
release.

Title:
LibreOffice impress tab stop formatting not working as expected

Status in “libreoffice” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
Making use of tab stops in impress with right or center alignment does
not work. They all behave as left alignment tab stops. This seems to
affect impress and draw. In writer this feature works as expected. I
am on LibreOffice 3.6.0 from the ppa.

  Thanks a bunch,

  Markus
