Public bug reported: Thunderbird seems to have some kind of glitch when I minimise it. Sometimes I can't actually select the window buttons so I have to press ALT+F9 to minimise it but even when I do that it seems it doesn't do it correctly. Even though it looks like it's minimised, the actual window frame appears to still be on the desktop albeit invisible. You can hover over the edge of where the window actually was and it will change the cursor to allow you to resize the window and when you click on it to resize it then the window border selection turns orange as usual (with no actual application visible, though). This is the only program I've noticed that does this.
