Title:
pulseaudio sound glitches when playing over network

Status in “pulseaudio” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  What I expected to happen:
Playing a flash video eg. from ted.com using chromium-browser. I forward the
application sound output via the network (using paprefs and pavucontrol). I
expect glitchfree playback via the remote pulse audio server (which is
connected with a local threaded network to the local computer).

  What happens:
The sound is very choppy and/or the video stops and then fast forwards for a
couple of seconds. See example here: http://youtu.be/bv0SoMbJr9g

  Step to reproduce:
Enable network forwarding ("Make discoverable PulseAudio network sound
devices available locally") on the Local machine and "Enable network access to
local sound devices" on the "remote" machine.
Start a ted.com video and it will stutter. You can get the sound working
again by switching to local output device and then back to remote. This fixes
the stuttering until another video is started.

  Other notes:
The stuttering only happens for flash content ie. rhythmbox works just fine.
Html5 version of youtube works (although I am not sure that it always works).
Flash content does not stutter when using local output.
