Unfortunately the presenter console plugin in is not installed. This plug in is, according to the LibreOffice team, a part of LibreOffice and it does ship as part of the install file for the other platforms (Windows and Mac OS). This is a basic feature that isn't present by default in the Ubuntu installation. Normal users have no way to install it since they are not aware (or made aware by Ubuntu) of it's existence.
