Title:
can´t download Ubuntu programs any more

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
Until 4 September 2012 I could download programs using software centre. Now
after selecting a program and clicking the install button, it for a second,
changes from ¨Free¨ to ïnstalling¨ but then goes to ¨Free¨ again and nothing
installs. I tried changing the source to ¨Australia¨ where I live, but still
nothing works. Appreciate help.
