Title:
In Gedit (with Compiz), <Super>+scroll both scrolls the window and
  changes window opacity

Status in “gedit” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
I have compiz set so that "<Super>+Button4" and "<Super>+Button5"
increase and decrease the opacity of the window under the mouse.
However, I've noticed that since recently, using this will also
trigger the scroll movement on these windows. Previously, the <Super>
key would prevent scrolling but not anymore.

This happens only in some windows, so I suspect it is not a compiz
  problem.

  Programs whose windows have problems:
Gedit, Nautilus (for the time being, I can only find these two)

Programs that DO NOT suffer from this problem
I tried many, including: Evince, Chrome, Eclipse, Acrobat reader,
gnome-terminal, ccsm

  My System:
  Description: Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS
  Release: 12.04
