This was eventually fixed in subsequen releases. Won't be fixed for
Oneiric.

Bug description:
  In Ubuntu 11.10 Alpha 1, the GNOME logo and version is show up in
  System info (the new System setting). This produce confusion for the
  user: this is the Ubuntu logo? GNOME? 3.0?

  For not confuse the user, is better show the Ubuntu logo and version
  11.10.
