It doesn't seem to be present in 13.04 either.  The bug may very well be
fixed.  If anyone else could test this, that would help us confirm it
has been fixed

  In my music directory there are text files and rhythmbox tries load
  them. I select from the menu (see screen shot and description to it)
  But then I close rhythmbox and load them it tries load thеse files
  again. And as always
