Title: rhythmbox does not remove tracks from playlist if the file has been removed Status in “rhythmbox” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Rhythmbox is unable to remove tracks from playlist if the actual file is removed. How it happened: I had a playlist created from files. I had moved those files to different location. Then I tried to remove them from playlist: nothing happened, no errors, but tracks were still in the playlist. I had to delete whole playlist. Then I created new playlist, dragged files in it, tried to delete them from playlist and succeeded. If one wants to remove tracks from playlist, rhythmbox should do it even if physical file is moved/renamed/deleted.
