This is a problem when one wants to get to the desktop without hiding all other windows, for instance, or open a Nautilus session targeting the desktop. HOW TO REPRODUCE 1. Hit the "Super" key to bring up the dash. 2. Type in the word "desktop." An arbitrary selection of files on your desktop will appear in the files and folders listing, mixed in with items like Synaptic for no apparent reason. -------------------------- Desired resolution: - The 'desktop' folder should be accessible via the File Lens. - It should appear underneath the folders category header if a user expands the header by clicking on 'see XX more results' - It should also appear in search results To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ayatana-design/+bug/837810/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages Post to : desktop-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
