Title:
X server recognized too many Monitors (hybrid intel+radeon)

Status in “xorg-server” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Since a while my X-Server recognizes 3 "Connected" monitors on my Notebook.
The 2nd monitor is like a duplicate of my 1st one (both are labeled "Laptop"
and have the same resolution).
The 3rd one has no (visible) relation to my hardware, I don't even know where
those Video-Signals are sent to.

If I connect a [real] monitor, via VGA, this is recognized as a 4th
  monitor.

  So to sum up:
There are 2 monitors recognized which aren't there.

  Regression:
This all started at 2013-03-05 11:05 UTC
At this time I connected a Beamer to my Notebook and X crashed.
I do daily updates so this Bug should have gotten introduced between
2013-03-03 00:00 UTC and 2013-03-05 11:00 UTC
