The crash might as well be a problem with Phonon or the Phonon backend you use, 
or any other library Amarok depends on. All the debugging symbols are packaged 
in Kubuntu, just install them.
Also please provied at least the backtrace so we can see what exactly is 
missing.

  Отсутствуют пакеты с отладочной информацией для следующего приложения и 
библиотек:

  /usr/bin/amarok
  /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libQtScript.so.4

  that means, that there is no debug packages for apps and libraries.
  But packages amarok-dbg and libqt-script-dbg are installed.

  So i can't report a bug in amarok, because "information is useless".
