Reason: It is the issue of xf86-video-intel package, upstream xf86 -video-intel hasn't this issue. Both of them have a version of 2.21.4, I compared the source code of ubuntu 13.04 and upstream xf86-video- intel, they are the same. But the configure.ac files are different.
