It's not easy to troubleshoot this particular crash. Since there are no
similar crash reports, it appears to be some kind of rare glitch, so I
close the bug.

Title:
language-options crashed with SIGSEGV in Perl_PerlIO_flush()

Status in “accountsservice” package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
I received this, and several other errors upon login from a restart
that I performed just after updating and running dist-upgrade. I
actually initially had issues logging in, I'd enter my password and it
would send me back to the login screen over and over, so I had to
restart again. This time I was able to enter my password and log-in.
Although, immediately after logging in, a bunch of old windows were
displayed for a moment, then went away to reveal my expected desktop.
It was at that point that I received several errors including this.
