Title: NetworkManager in Xubuntu 13.04 64bit keeps disconnecting Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Under xubuntu-13.04-beta1-x64_86 after booting NetworkManager keeps connecting/disconnecting on and off every 1 or 2 seconds.
