gnome-control-center-signon 0.0.13-0ubuntu1, Ubuntu Q
1. Open System Settings > Online Accounts.
2. Tab to the list of account types.
What happens: There's no visual distinction between the focused and
unfocused state.
What should happen: The list has a focus ring around it.
