Bug description:
When selecting Empty trash from Unity bar, the actions window
appears. But the focus is on the background window, not on the newly
opened window. In this state, user is not able to empty trash only
using a keyboard, as Left/Right keys are not selecting that newly
opened window's "Cancel" or "Empty trash" buttons.
