Title:
Shutdown dialog should have correct punctuation

Status in Unity:
  Fix Released
Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
The message accompanying the shutdown dialog currently reads:

Goodbye Joe Bloggs! Are you sure you want to close down all programs
  and shut down the computer?

There should be a comma before the name as it addressing the user by
name [1][2]. The corrected version of the above message therefore
  read:

Goodbye, Joe Bloggs! Are you sure you want to close down all programs
  and shut down the computer?

This is a minor grammatical error, but important nevertheless!
