  Report Builder does not open

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: libreoffice

I installed the current version of libreoffice-report-builder
(1:1.2.1+LibO3.3.2-1ubuntu4). After the installation the item "Create
Report in Design View..." appeared in the Report view of LibreOffice
Base. But nothing happens when I click on this item.

Additionally the report wizard stopped working. When I click on "Use
Wizard to Create Report..." it shows the error message "No valid
template was found". I tried to remove libreoffice-report-builder to
get the wizard working again and that worked fine.
