Public bug reported:

Help-browser use FULL CPU when switch between apps (running in background).
No reason to behave so.

(overall info)
 - The release of Ubuntu i'm using is 'Ubuntu 12.10';
 - The version of the package i'm using is:
yelp:
  Instalado: 3.6.0-0ubuntu1
  Candidato: 3.6.0-0ubuntu1
  Tabela de versão:
 *** 3.6.0-0ubuntu1 0
        500 http://br.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ quantal/main i386 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status;
 - I've expected the 'yelp' to be running light & soft in background wile i was
using other app.;
 - But, instead it ran in 200% CPU usage (don't ask me why, 200% is what
gnome-system-monitor told me);

(some hint)
May be some small part, like a busy waiting of a X11 communication, because it
runs well overall (it don't leaks).

(some history)
Before that, some app just devoured my swap, causing a big lag. So i was
searching by how to show per process swap usage on gnome-system-monitor. Then
my notebook started to blow air out like i was playing some huge game. With
system-monitor i quick found yelp making trouble. How yelp is dead.

thanks to all, good hunt.
(sorry for bad language).
