Title:
  Evolutions does not print emails

Status in “evolution” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  System: Ubuntu 12.10

Evolution does not print email, neither those that are created nor
  those that are sent.

  Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a new mail
  2. Write some text into the message pane
  3. Select print from Menu (Print Preview does it as well)
=> You see an empty window

  4. Send the mail
  5. Select the mail from sent items
  6. Select print from Menu (Print Preview ...)
=> You see the mail header and max 1 line of the message

  7. Move sent mail to a mail folder
  8. Select print ...
=> Same as after step 6

The same procedure works fine in Thunderbird.

n.b. I have 2 Save menu entries and 2 Save as menu entries (Ctrl-S,
Shift-Ctrl-S and Shift-Ctrl-T, one Save no activator)
