Title:
  Intel SNA garbled screen when detaching from the docking station

Status in “xorg” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I have the Dell E6510 laptop with the following Intel VGA: "Core
  Processor Integrated Graphics Controller [8086:0046] (rev 02)". The
  laptop sits docked in the docking station. An external 1920x1200
  monitor is connected via the docking station's DisplayPort. I have
  configured the laptop's display (eDP1) to be disabled while docked, as
  shown in xrandr:

  $ xrandr
  Screen 0: minimum 320 x 200, current 1920 x 1200, maximum 8192 x 8192

     1920x1080      60.0
     1600x1200      60.0
     1680x1050      60.0
     1280x1024      60.0

     1280x960       60.0
     1024x768       60.0
     800x600        60.3
     640x480        60.0

  When the SNA is enabled and the notebook is ejected from the docking
  station, the screen becomes garbled on the internal screen (please see
  attachment for a screenshot). When I switch to old UXA using the
  following xorg.conf:

  $ cat /etc/X11/xorg.conf
  Section "Device"
    Identifier "Card0"
    Driver "intel"
    Option "AccelMethod" "uxa"
  EndSection

  the laptop detachment works flawlessly and the screen is not garbled.
