At last, I installed the 3.3.6 kernel from: http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.3.6-precise/ those error like '*ERROR* Power management discrepancy' are fixed, and I believe my system will not freeze any more! cheers !
