The 1.3 version that was taken from debian doesn't quite match up with
the official 1.3 release. It's being looked at.

There is no french translation for choqok 1.3 in Kubuntu 13.04
although this app is fully translated in french. Moreover a french .po
file is provided in the source tarball of choqok 1.3.
So if we can make adjustment it will be good!
