Public bug reported:

Reproduce:

1. Open any libreoffice application, e.g. writer
2. Select any menu, e.g. View
3. Hover over the menu options

Expected behaviour:

Active menu actions should highlight (orange background with default
theme) when pointer is above the action.

Observed behaviour:

When pointer is above an action, background does not change except for a
small portion at the left-most part of the option, right before the menu
entry text. Keyboard shortcut text is highligted normally though. On
toggle-type actions (those with a tick mark on the left, there is no
highlight at all so the options appears as not selected.

Other remarks:

- Some times it works after restarting the applictions or after using
other applications. Do not see a pattern so the behaviour seems quite
random.
