I guess the main point of this bug, is that if you're going to disable a button (that a user intends to click), tell them WHY it is disabled, instead of just disabling it. Be explicit, and make it unambiguously clear as to why the button is disabled.

If this dialog is some how pre-decting that the key I'm entering is wrong, it should provide some type of red alert detailing this instead of just rendering the button disabled. Otherwise, it just appears that I'm unable to submit my key. Also, I should note, that as am typing the button flickers to enabled, but it is so brief that I can't click it.
