Title:
bug on line 449 of oggenc.c during a file close operation that's
  causing it to crash

Status in “vorbis-tools” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Package Version: vorbis-tools-1.4.0-1ubuntu3
  OS: Ubuntu 12.10 quantal

  Expected: OggEnc to close safely
Actual behaviour: OggEnc is terminated with a -11 code.

  Overview:

I have been using Python Audio Tools to transcode audio to multiple
formats which all work apart from Vorbis (which relies on OggEnc) this
problem has occured since upgrading to 12.10.

Link to bug report in python-audio-tools:
  https://github.com/tuffy/python-audio-tools/issues/10#issuecomment-11870472

Would it be pobble to add the previous version of vorbis-tool to the
repository whilst a solution is being found?

  Previous version: vorbis-tools-1.4.0-1ubuntu2

  Thanks
