Public bug reported: I just installed Ubuntu 12.10 because some programs were running better (like Skype) than on 13.04. Now it gives me message every time I want to update that libcairo2 is missing. Actually I cannot start the software centre at all. I've tried lot of ways reinstalling or updating...unfortunately with no luck.
